They are:
-My upper back
-My love handles
-my back thigh/butt
I run for 10 minutes at 5mph every day, I do squats, and the butterfly exercise in the moring and at night, I eat pretty healthy (NO soda or candybars), but I can't get rid of the fat in my back, love handles, or butt.
Here is basically what I eat everyday:
breakfast: special k with skim milk and half a grapefruit
snack: special k bar
lunch: bran cereal with skim milk
snack: 100 calorie bag of soy crisps and an apple
dinner: 2 small pieces of chicken and a bowl of lettuce
dessert: I drink green tea every night.
What can I do?? I am 15 years old.

I really have no time to go to a gym, because I have almost 3 hours of homework. I run on my treadmill, but people keep telling me that my legs will become more muscular instead of slimmed down. My legs are big already, and I don't want them bigger...

I drink ALOT of water, and other than milk for cereal its all I drink. (I get the vitamin C from the grapefruit/soy crisps).
I heard that twisting crunches widens your hips though.

if you want to lose fat, you have to do more cardio. 10 minutes a day isn't much at all. you can't lose body fat in target areas - genetics determines where it is stored and where you lose it from first. increase your running (at a rate that feels okay to you) up to 30min 3-5 times a day. that should help you burn more calories and start losing weight.

I agree with those who say you need more cardio. I would also suggest you replace some of your meals with more lean protein and vegetables. Special k bars have precious little nutrition, and even though they are low in calories, they are not really calories your body can use to build/maintain lean muscle. You might try: for breakfast -3 egg whites, an apple (or your 1/2 grapefruit) a glass of water, and some sprouted grain toast (flourless). snack-celery with peanut butter...lunch-some type of lean protein (fish or turkey) and a salad. Dark, leafy greens like spinach are high in calcium...your 2nd snack sounds ok...and dinner sounds ok, but spice it up a bit! Spinach or Baby greens with some walnuts (high in omega 3's-good fats your body needs) and maybe some tomatoes, red onions, etc.
Eating more high quality calories is okay. You can starve yourself and eat low quality (poor nutritional value) foods, and you will never lose any weight. Your body is panicking because of the lack of nutrients and trying to hang on to anything it can. Also, I know you are probably drinking milk for the calcium, but milk is high in lactose ( a sugar), and it will not really help you lose weight. You are better off using a calcium/magnesium citrate supplement, eating lots of dark green vegetables, and cutting out the milk drinking.
Remember that the smaller the amount of calories you give your body, the slower your metabolism will become.

At 15, you're body is doing a whole lot of stuff and none of it is going to include what you're telling it to do. Keep that in mind!
You seem to be eating a lot of carbs and very little fruits and veggies and you didn't mention how much water you're drinking. Increase your cardio, maybe run for 15-20 a day. Try doing the twisting crunches for your love handles and stairs or hiking for your butt. I don't know about upper back...

u need to work on cardio. try running for 20 or 30 minutes. the rest of ur work out regime is toning muscles, if u want to lose fat, u need to do cardio. ur diet sounds excellent as far as calories, but make sure ur geting enough nutrients. make sure the chicken u eat is grilled or baked, not fried, drink alot of water. if u have access to a gym, try ellipticalling (instead of running) it burns more calories and is less hard on ur knees than running, but it will help u tone ur butt, abs, thighs, and calves. u need to set it to a setting with hills and keep the pace up, do it for at least 30 minutes (if u can't do it for this long, just build up ur time over a few weeks) good luck, and don't be so hard on urself, from what u've said ur will power sounds amazing. and ur young and ur body is changing , if ur going thru puberty and ur a girl ur going to gain weight, its part of becoming a woman (im not sure about boys) i bet u don't look as bad as u think, and don't thro away ur childhood, let loose once in a while and eat what u want, just keep it within reason and don't gorge. good luck
