The average slice of pizza has 250 calories, so the 4 slices has a total of 1000 calories.

A banana has about 130 calories (this is averaging small and large bananas) so that's 260.

An orange has about 100 calories, so that's 200.

An apple is also about 100 calories.

Tea has no calories, a teaspoon of sugar has 16 calories, so that would be 32 calories.

Total - 1576

If it is commercial pizza, around 12-14" round, I'd guess about 300 calories a slice, so about 1200 total. A banana is about 120 calories average, an orange about 70-100 depending on size; an apple about 75 or so. Each teaspoon of sugar has about 16 calories, so total on the sugar would be about 96 calories. I'd say total about 1770 calories or thereabouts, just off the top of my head.
