My bar-b-que sauce

1-One can stale beer
2-one cube butter
3-one half white onion chopped fine
4-four cloves garlic chopped fine or pressed
5-one cup honey
6-One cup brown sugar
7.One or two cans tomato paste
8-Dash of salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, & Cumin powder
9-Splash of Worcestershire sauce, Soy sauce, Tobasco sauce
use more or less of the tabasco and cayenne to taste.
Add all ingredients and simmer (not boil) for 3/4 hour stirring occasionally.
Store in fridge till use; baste meat, ribs, chicken etc. both sides in the last few minutes of grilling or smoking

I like everything but the beer,stale or otherwise, especially just allowing it to simmer or meld.
