Eat healthfully, take your vitamins, exercise moderately, sleep well, don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't go on diets.
Also, look at all the men in your family: How tall are they? You have a genetic maximum heights and these things will only help you reach that height. For example, the women in my family are 5'0" (grandmother, suffered from malnutrition as a child), 5'4" (mother), 5'3" (younger sister), 5'6" (baby sister), 5'6" (paternal grandmother), 5'6" (paternal aunt). I'm 5'5.5"

you will grow till you're 21. I grew one inch from doing yoga and I'm older than 21, you might want to try that.
