What is the average time to gain 20 pounds more, if I exercice regularly (weight training and so on ..) ....and follow a good diet ...? and what is the appropriate diet to gain pounds faster ?

there is no average time as it depends on the level of training that the person has. people that are brand new to resistance training will always make the most rapid increases in strength and muscle as the body is in it's highest untrained state. as the person moves from being a beginner to an advanced weight trainer gains will come very slowly, even with the bests of diets and training/recovery programs.

why would you want to gain 20 pounds tell me how you stay thin thats all i need to know to get fat eat loads of food laden with fat plus crisps biscuits you will soon be heavy.forget the exercise slob out in front of tv or pc
