I have heard this a lot from some of my friends and a few girls say that it doesnt that it will make them smaller....so does it have any affect on them at all?

It makes something bigger but it is in his pants not your blouse.

If you kiss for a long time you will notice that your lips will appear fuller. This is because there is an increase in blood supply to the area. The same is true for your breasts. This is like that fake CNN story everyone emailed around saying fallatio protected women from breast cancer. It was just some guy's lame attempt to get a girl to let him play with her breasts. It won't have any affect on their size.

no, they don't get any extra advantageous except they swell up using something going incorrect. you're in all probability experiencing a advance in self belief, meaning there is not something incorrect with the size of your breasts to start with.
