My friend has long wavy hair and she's asking my opinion if wavy hair that's layered look good- and I have no clue =(

I have wavy hair, and I've had it layered for years. Looks good to me. But it really depends on how long your friends hair is, and how much hair she has. I have a lot of hair, so it's actually better layered, because it thins it out some.

i have poofy curly hair and i have layers. It looks really great on my and makes my hair more thinner..just have to make sure that you get the right amount of layers cuz too much won't be good for wavy hair. Like i have an oval skinny face and i got angeled layers (shorter in the front and longer in the back) and two layers in the back i'm not sure if i explained it right but i hope it helps!

It CAN look good, but a lot of times it makes the hair look like a christmas tree (only if it is more wavy then not). All the layers of waves push the hair further and further out, so if she has a good amount of waves, i would advise her not to.

It dependz upon how the person lookz. A certain face shape and features will go with layered wavy hair... so im not sure... unless u have a pic.. or something.

Yes, i think layers look good on just about everyone. If you're looking fro a haircut, i heard about this really cute one called the ponytail haircut. Apparently they actually cut your hair while it is in a bunch of ponytails and the layers end up looking awesome on anybody who gets it.

I wish my hair was wavy. It would have layers in it. Go look at images of it and have her decide. Im sooo jealous of her waves! You could put gel in it and srunch and go on warm days and it'd still have that sexy, just got outta bed and my hair is a mess...but aint it sexy, look. I want that hair! LOL No, God gave me straight hair, I think so I wouldnt be too conceited! LOL

It has to be done right, with a hair stylist who knows her hair and what and where the waves are. Like all hair styles it has to be done with respect to her hair and face shape.

do not layer curly hair. it makes it a huge poof.
curly hair has to be all one length. sorry.

totally well...not CURLY...but wavy is so cute. she should add a bang or side bang with it (she should straighten teh first kind of bang but the side swept is ok wavy i think) if she does get bangs make sure they arent too short though =)
