Fighting Harada gets my nod here. Anyone that could beat Jofre twice should be able to beat Chandler.

I continuously however Harada's wins over Elorde have been abode city inspired and easily would have went any incorrect way, i think of Chandler would extra advantageous than carry his own against Harada.
