We are getting arried in Las Vegas, it will be a trip for everyone to get there. Do most people bring or send gifts, I was just wondering if we will need to make arragemnt to send any back..bring another suit case...or will most send it to our home? Presents are not the issue..but I was just wondering

If I were going to a destination wedding, I would have the gift sent to the bride and groom...but, I would plan on some people bringing gifts for you there. I would also plan on shipping those back home, check at your hotel, most can handle that for you so you don't have to find a UPS store. Happy wedding!

It's been my experience that when getting married in a locaton where the bride & groom have had to travel to get there, as well as the guests, that most people will either send presents to your actual home address or give you cards with a cash gift inside.

When I went to an LV wedding I sent the gift to the house, but I would have the hotel arrange for UPS to send the gifts home for you.

I would think the majority would be sent to your home. Most people recognize that it wouldn't be ideal for you to drag a bunch of presents on the plane, and I am sure that they also wouldn't want to drag them there. Best of luck and congratulations!!!

I would imagine most people would get them to you before or after. You could just start mentioning it and word will get round. Enjoy yourselves.
