honestly.. I think it all has to do with your body type.. I think the suggested weight scale is just a general window to use.. I know at 5' 5" they say I should weigh no more than 140 lbs. If I was that small I would look anorexic because I have a very muscular build. I weigh more than what I should right now, have been working out for the past year and dropped 105 lbs and even when I tell people what I weigh they are surprised... they think I weigh much less than what I do.

I'm also 5'4" and I think our healthy range is like 125-140. 140 is what I used to weigh was I was dancing four days a week. But I weigh significantly more than that now after starting grad school this past fall.

from 120 to 150 are good weights, depending on your musculature and your bone mass. for instance if you dont work out and you have thin bones, 120 might be good for you. if youre are active and work out, more weight is okay, but don't push it.

anything thinner is not healthy and is not nutrionally sound. in other words, if youre not getting nutrition it can ruin your skin and hair. whats more important a skinny butt or a pretty face? zsa zsa gabor once said a woman makes a decision to have a great butt or a pretty face. yes, having a thin butt is nice, but being too thin can drain you nutritionally and by the time you are 25 youre face will look time worn.

but anything more is obese. take care.

well theoreticall ur supposed to weigh 100 pounds PLUS 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet, so 120 pounds. but thats just in general. it really depends on ur muscle mass, bone structure, and how developed u are as a women. but yeah, i'd say u need to be somewhere between 115 (low) to 130 (high) just try to be healthy and in shape, the number doesn't really matter

That depends on your age and bone structure. In general, though, you should weigh between 105 and 130.
