In the winter I use selsen blue a couple times a week. Its wonderful! My son swears by almost daily use of head and shoulders and my father swears by listerine mouth wash. Yep you read that right. The regular "burn your throat and kill any thought your mouth ever had of having any hint of bad breath for the next 50 years" kind. Put it on for a few minutes rinse out, shampoo and poof its gone...but then, according to my father it also puts hair on your chest, so I guess ya gotta pick yer battles. =)

well u have to wait. it wont be gone in an instant. u have to wash ur hair everyday and no head and shoulders, or use any other anti-dandruff shampoo, then gradually u will see it disappering. and if not then ur leaving ur hair soapy after u take a bath. hope i helped!

try a Tea Tree shampoo. Paul Mitchell makes the best. And it really works. You can catch it on sale during sidewalk sales at the mall sometimes. Or if you live near a Regis salon, they will be having their customer appreciation sale in march. Usually all their product is on sale then.

not too hard- just use a anti-dandruff shampoo... but do not use head and shoulders... it actually clogs up your hair cuticles and slows down hair growth
