This is the site I used to get mine, as it let me know when the next shipment was and I got mine at the Washington DC Best Buy by only getting to the store an hour early.

All stores across the us recive a small amount every few weeks. Keep checking your stores like target, or a small gaming store. Find someone who works in the electronics department at target (for example) and ask how often they get a shipment. Try to be there when it comes in. Good Luck!
ps The being there works best for smaller stores like eb games, and gamestop!

your best bet is to buy one from ebay! it may be expensive but thats what i did and it was only like $500.
