You will find in the Christian bible that the only restriction Christians have is 1 Cor 10:23-24.

As for 666 tattoos, tattoos may contain the numbers but not the mark.

Do I believe this is an example of Christians behaving badly? This is more of an example of Christians, followers of Christ, not following Jesus Christ but a false prophet who now claims to be the Antichrist.

God gave His Word as spoken through the prophets to us, the believers. In that word we know how to identify prophets and false prophets. A church is not a building, but a collection of people. A christian church is a collection of saints. Unfortunately, I see no saints, but a group of people who has substituted the truth for a lie.

I followed the link you provided and read the article.

I even copy and paste a part below :

"Members of Growing in Grace, a controversial religious sect headquartered in Doral, said they were following the example of their leader, Jose Luis De Jesus Miranda, who has claimed to be Jesus and recently declared himself the Antichrist."

Evidently, the guy is really Jesus (pronounced hay-suse , accent on last syllable). Now, if Jesus (Spanish) thinks he is Jesus (English), I don't have a problem with that but how can he think he is the Antichrist? That would really require some theological gymnastics!!!

And it is also weird that he would allow/require his members to get a tattoo with "666" in places that can be easily observed. Now, if it was on their derriere, that would be a different matter.

Craziness all around.
I guess that witch was hidden will be shouted from the roof tops.
There have been churches that have been doing some really bad things. They have called themselves christian and gotten away with it for a long time. Now there is exposition.
Sort of tells you they weren't christian after all doesn't it?

I think that is one of the most blasphemous things I have ever laid eyes on. Anyone who really believed in Jesus would not follow such a man. Christians know what God wants. That certainly is not of God.

It appears that their leader declares himself the anti-christ so the church cannot be Christian.
