You don't know until you try. The experience I've had with OU is that there's a lot of variety of courses and levels. If you're not sure, why not find a subject you'd enjoy and try for a 10 point course. Once you discover how well you do you'll probably find yourself planning out a degree course.

Good luck, whatever you decide I hope you enjoy it. Pud xx.

No, it is never too late to learn, and the great thing about the Open University courses are that you can go at your own pace (within certain limitations) and there is lots of help for you either via phone or Internet if you have home computer. I left school at 16 but managed to get a professional business qualification when I was about the same age as you, ending up in a senior management position, so go for it. Good luck.

I'm not in your position, but I know a lady, she's 55 years old and she decided 4 years ago to give exams for the university. She studied really hard and she managed to get in the course she always wanted. She is at the last year now, she loves what she does, although she has to work at the same time and that makes her really tired... But she has a such strong will, that nothing can stop her! She is a unique example for all of us, the young people!

I don't think that you have left it too late, if you know the course that you want to do then go for it

My hubby and I both read your question and neither of us can make out what you are trying to say. You will have to be a little more clear on what you are trying to put across here.
