Where can i buy dog-paw print flooring ?

I am looking for either vinyl tile or regular vinyl flooring with a dog-paw print motif

Why don't you see if there is a "stencil" and enamel it on the floor or make your "stencil".

Try a flooring store, that seems like the logical place.
