If you like pretty things on your table, make marbled eggs. This decorates the white part of the egg. You can use any deviled egg recipe for the yolk with this:

Marbled Eggs
(makes a dozen)

12 cups water, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
6 large eggs
2-3 bags black tea

Put 6 cups water and salt in a saucepan. Add eggs. Heat to boil. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain the water, and cool eggs enough to handle by hand. Crack the eggs against the counter, making spider-web cracks over the shells. DO NOT REMOVE THE SHELLS FROM THE EGGS.
Return the eggs to the saucepan and add remaining water. Add teabags. Bring water to low boil for an hour. Remove from heat and let contents sit and cool in saucepan for an hour.
remove eggs from saucepan. Remove the shell and rinse the eggs with cold water.
Slice eggs in two length-wise to prepare as deviled eggs.

For something a little different, add some horseradish to any of the recipes given above -- freshly grated is best, but some good deli-style from a jar works too. Adds a bit of a kick that spicy food fans will love!
