please brothers and sisters help me on how to pray Salat-l-Istikhara?

my mom wants to pray Salat-l-Istikhara about either to move to a different house or no,t can you please give a link to an arabic site that tells you how to pray Salat-l-Istikhara or can you please teach me how....thanks

This is how Istikharah Salah should be recited:

You must perform two rak'ahs nafl salah. Thereafter praise Allah (swt) then recite salawat upon the nabi (saw) and recite the dua of Istikhara:

Allahumma inni astakhiruka bi ilmik. Wa astaqdiruka bi qudratik. Wa as'aluka min fadlikal azim. Fa'innaka taqdiru wa la aqdir. Wa ta 'lamu wa la a'lam. Wa anta allamul ghuyub.
Allahumma in kunta ta'lamu anna 'HADHAL AMRA' khayrul-li fi dini wa ma ashi wa aqibati amri faqdirhu li wa yassirhu li thumma barik li fih wa in kunta ta'lamu anna 'HADHAL AMRA' sharulli fi dini wa ma ashi wa aqibati amri fasirf-hu ' anni wasrifni anh, Waqdir liyal khayra haythu kana thumma ardini bihi.

Meaning:

O'Allah, I seek good from you through your knowledge, and I seek ability from you through your power, and I ask of you from your great benevolence; for you possess power while I have no power, and you are the knowledgeable while I have no knowledge and your are the knower of the unseen.
O'Allah, if you know THIS ACTION to be good for me in far as my religion, my livelihood and the consequences of my actions are concerned then ordain it for me, and make it easy for me then bless me in it;
and if you know THIS ACTION to be bad for me in so far as my religion, my livelihood and the consequences of my actions are concerned then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and destine for me that which is good wherever it may be, then make me content with it. (al-Bukhari)

While reciting this dua think specifically about the action for which help you are seeking good at the capital words, (when you mention HADHAL AMRA, Ask allah about the proposed woman in question). Then go to sleep on a clean bedding with wudu facing the qiblah. And insha allah you will b able to come to a conclusion.

for the record Istikharah should not be made for whether nor not to do anything obligatory (for e.g. Hajj) or prohibited.
