Is that too light or should i gaine more weight.I eat healthy,and Excersize.My BMI is normal,but everyone says im too skinny.I think thats Ok for my height,and age RIGHT?..Is 105-110 pnds better?.Im tried of ppl telling me im too skinny.AGH.I got my dads side of the family theyre petite and very slim ppl.Kinda like Asian girls i guess.What do you think is the Ideal healthy weight for my age,and height?

I am 5'1 and weigh 109 pounds. On the internet it says that anything from 100-130 pounds is a healthy weight for me. I used to weigh between 98-100 pounds before I had my daughter and I got all the same comments from people. I hated it! You don't go telling fat people they are too fat, why do people think that they can tell you you're too skinny?? Looking back on it now in pictures and stuff, I did look a little skinny. But I look better now because I have more of a body. I think most people think it looks better to have some curves. If you can gain weight, and don't mind it, why not? But if you are happy the way you are, or just can't gain weight, who cares what people say! You are healthy, as long as you aren't starving yourself. Most people don't understand that there are people out there who try to gain weight and they just can't! So don't worry about it too much. I'm sure you will look great anywhere between 100-115 pouds.

I'm a size 14-16 and 5'3". I weigh 180 pounds. Size 6-8 looked great on me before I gained weight but I was not active and weighed 145 then (had some jiggle). When I weighed 125 I was a size 4-6 and had muscle tone. You can lose as much weight as you want to get to the size you want to be but if you're muscles aren't toned you're not going to be satisfied with the loose skin and jiggle. Its not simply a matter of your weight loss, its about your body tone too. That makes a big difference in how clothes will look on you.

I think you're fine the way you are, unless you want to gain some weight. Muscle would be better, though.

You are absolutley fine. (althought a picture would be helpful)

I am 5"6 and wiegh 111 pounds. I consider my self slim.

You're pretty short so 100 pounds is not too light.

As long as you're healthy...That weight is fine for someone your size.

DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT! it is nice to be slim, but don't lose anymore weight, either

you are to skiny for a 21 year old.yes 110 pounds is better you skin and bones.
