You seem to be at a good weight for your height! So what your main focus should be is toning your body! Here are some excersice tips that work wonders!

1: Do sit ups every day! If you can only do crunches , do about 100 a day or you can do 50 sit ups! That will help your stomcah alot! Trust me! I have a 6 pack!

2: Fast walking, jogging, and sprints help your legs and the rest of your bod. You can also do squats and calve lifts! Swimming is awesome so do that as much as you can!

Have Fun and keep at It!!! ;)

You are not at a bad weight. I'm your height and my preferred range is 135 - 145.

Do cardio to burn calories...walking briskly, jogging, bicycling, rollerblading, dancing, aerobics, etc. Shoot for 30 mins a day 5 days a week and build up to 1 hr if you can. Take at least one day off (of exercise) a week to rest and keep from getting bored.

For stomach and thigh firming, do exercises that focus on those areas. Crunches for abs and leg lifts for thighs. Do a search online for ab exercises and thigh exercises so you .can find sites with detailed descriptions and photos so you can see the proper way to do them.

Good luck!

While you are watching television, do leg lifts on the floor or your bed. Do as many as you can every day.

Walk the steps - either at your house or find somewhere with a lot of them.

Keep at it and good luck. You'll look great in some new summer fashions! ;-)

Jogging will get your heart rate up and you will burn the stored fat in your body. You have to be consistant and get on a good routine. Sit ups will help tone your abs. If you have a treadmill use it. Check out this article on exercies.
