high in protein: tuna, chicken.
high in carbohydrates: bread (bagel), pasta
high in fat: cheese, red meat.

high protein foods: mushrooms, soya products such as tofu, all meats are high in protein
carbohydrates: rice, potatoes, pasta, pulses and beans, cereals
high fat foods: crisps, sweets and cakes

Carbohydrates could be: rice or potatoes
Fat could be: fudge and marshmallows
