LIVE IT! Show her by your actions and your life how it makes a difference in your life and do NOT push. It's really rude and people feel like you're telling them you're better or smarter or know something they don't. People have to come to it in their own time their own way.

The more you want to tell your mother about your belief in God, the less interest you show in her. If you want to share joy with her, take her to a play. You're mom is old enough to know her own mind. Maybe if you listen to it, you will build a relationship bridge rather than the wall of religion between you.

nicely first i visit assert what the Westboro Baptist Church is doing suitable. They carry forth against fornication and homosexuality it quite is a sin (a million Corinthians 6:9-10). They carry forth hell it quite is actual. Now it is the place i don't accept as true with Westboro Baptist Church. They swear lots it quite is a turn off. additionally, they tremendously lots think of they are the only people who're going to be saved. it quite is a cultist mentality. If anybody does not completely accept as true with THEIR church doctrine they're a heretic.

Sometimes our actions do most of the talking. If you both have been through something tough together, maybe you can relate that, and that your strength comes from above. You might say, "seriously, what do you think will happen to you when you die?". This might be a good opener.

By example!!! When they see you prosper.. not only in "money", but life in general. They will want what you have. Just be a good representative of Christ.
Your mother might have gotten hurt somewhere along her journey in this life. This could be the reasoning behind her resistance to hear anything good about what God has blessed you with.
Patience is a good virtue to have.
You said she believes in God, let the Holy Spirit work through you to reach her. Invite her to your church activities; picnics, fund raisers.. etc.
Pray, pray, pray... God will get her attention :o)

1. Show your faith.
2. Be willing to answer her 'questions' if (and when) she has some; including the possibility that 'I do not know the answer to your question right now; but I will try to find out for you soon'.
May you receive there today a large pleasant surprise to God's glory!!!

What you're attempting to do is witness to her. Don't. Let your poor mom be. Obviously she's not as "into" her spirituality as you. Not everyone is and we can't force them to be what they're not. Talk about it if it comes up, but otherwise, keep it to yourself. You can't change other people against their will. I realize it's a compromise, but is pushing your mom away from you (and possibly out of your life) worth it? Personally, I'd rather have my mom in my life.

Then show her your fruit. Give her the love and respect instructed by Jesus for your mother and you will get the opportunity very soon to express yourself verbally.
Father God bless you

Have you brought it up to her more than once? If so, back off. Let her come to you if she's curious?
Every time you mention God, try to think "How would I feel if she were bringing up this often."

Share your faith not only with words, but with deeds. If people see your actions, and you act in a Christlike manner, that will do more good and cause more conversion than a whole lot of preaching!
