Okay, I'm going to take you step by step so listen up.
First, go over to where your phone is. Outstretch your arm and pick it up.
Turn it so the number are facing you. Dial his number.
Hold the phone to your ear and wait for an answer.
If he answers, say "Hello, this is ----." and allow the conversation to flow nicely from here on.
If the answering machine picks up, say "Hi (his name). It's (your name.) Just called to see how you were doing. Call me back. Bye."
If your boyfriend lacks an answering machine, simply hang up after 4 or 5 rings.
Take a deep breath. You have now successfully called your boyfriend.

Just call and say oh I called to ask you ar tell you something but I forgot and then say something of the line What aer you doing, or planning on going anywhere

How long of a time havent u talked to him....he might not even be ur "boyfriend" anymore..depends how long u havent talked..
