I need to be able to fit in my prom dress. any suggestions??!

Um losing 5 pounds in a week isnt even healthy not to mention pretty impossible. I am sure your prom dress will fit. try exercising a little each day cutting back on carbs and eating fruits and vegetables.

Eat really healthy; with no junk food of any kind. Stick to lean meats, fresh fruit and veggies. Drink a lot of water and exercise. Depending on your body, you may or may not lose 5 pounds. But, you will lose something.

Jesus, if you absolutely have to lose so much weight so quick, you won't be able to do it without having serious health implications.

But, never-the-less, I guess you would eat the bare minimum, and do a hell of a lot of exercise. (Take in the minimum amount of calories, and burn as many as possible).

It will do hell to your body though.

A fruit and cottage cheese diet...and only drink water.

sry but thats not pretty heallthy you should only be loosin 1-2 pounds a week ....mayby uv headr this more than once but exersise and diet ! watch wut u eat stay away from fast foods ,breads,pastas,fried foods,sweets,fats,...and drink lots of water exersise 2 hours a day ...ull be just fine!
