Rather than go online, get referrals to other doctors in your area and call them, or take you son to see them. Ask your friends who they take their kids to. Other parents are a great resource for this.

While I agree that you shouldn't try to find answers online without having the physician first see your child in person, sometimes online sources can be helpful when you don't have access to a physician or just need some reassurance. The American Academy of Pediatrics has a website with a special section for parents (Parenting Corner.) The link is below. It doesn't have real time chat with a doctor, but it does have topic lists as well as a resource list for finding a pediatrician in your area. WebMD also has a special section for children, again, link below. They have a few message boards and blogs where you can post a question. Again, no guarantee that an actual physician will answer, but it's a start.

Not really a great direction to go in. A detailed history will be needed, but if it is anything of consequence full examination and tests will be needed. These can't be done on line. Either have another chat with your doctor or ask him to arrange either a second opinion or perhaps for your child to see a paediatrician if it is appropriate.

Do you really think a doctor is going to give away free info? You can check out WebMD, pick the subject and they offer info. To be sure of what is wrong with your child, you should be asking for a second opinion and have your child checked out in person.
