i dont eat much fatty or sugery food. i eat lots of different fruits to fill my my stomach instead. but every time i eat my fruits i worry that its goin to make me fat. dos fruits makes you fat?

Please eat something else other than fruit. This is really not enough. The apple will not make you fat. Nor will eating breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. You must eat properly. You need a balanced diet of all types of food. You should get some help from a doctor or councillor about your worries, because you sound like you are making a cry for help. I am not a skinny hypocrite either, i am a size 16, and yes i would like to be thinner, but you will make your self ill if you carry on like this. I hope i have helped you, please get help. talk to your family if you can.take care. Go and eat a jacket potatoe with some salad or something like that.

Fruits don't make you fat but bananas do have a high fat content, the vitamins you get from eating fruit are good for you and will make you regular, however you should really eat more that just fruit. Check out some dietary websites, see what foods suit you. If you are worried about becoming fat, lentils are high in protein and very low in fat. I will be honest though, they do need some spiceing up to make them interesting. Invest in some cookbooks or again, get recipes offline.

Depends which ones you eat. Apples are great. They have a low glycemic index which is great. This means it will not spike insulin levels in the body tremendously like other fruits out there. You never want a spike of insulin levels in the body unless you just completed a rigourous workout. After a rigorous workout, insulin, which is the hormone responsible for mobolizing nutrients, will feed nutrients to your depleted muscles. But an insulin spike when you are sitting on the couch or office will lead to fat gain because your body is not depleted of nutrients , and all excess nutrients in the body get turned to body fat if the body doesnt need them.

No fruits are going to make you fat. No vegetable is going make you fat. Only thing that will get you fat if you eating foods like potato chips,Doritos,candy,etc. You can eat those once in awhile but not all the time.

You need to eat fat so that your body can burn fat. Obviously, the fat must be eaten in moderation and it should be healthy fat. Try to include more lean meat, chicken, fish and eggs in your diet on a daily basis. Avoid carbs from bread. If you don't eat fat, your body will turn the carbohydrates from lettuce into fat! So, if you are getting enough healthy fat in your diet, you don't need to worry about eating that apple. Your body needs the nutrients from fruit, too.

All fruits and vegetables have Little fat and sugar. Don't confuse these with fats you get in chips and pasties. These fats and sugar are required to keep you healthy. You answer is NO- YOU WILL NOT GET FAT FROM FRUIT. If you are that worried consult your doctor.

You have to stop eating fruit and stay away from Carbs! Rice , pasta make you very fat!

Try going to McDonalds and eating Big Macs instead!!

of course too much of a good thing is never good u must eat in moderation but eating fruit wil not make u fat it has good sugars and good sources of vitamins necessary for your body to function . so no u will not get fat and if u r worried of that doing moderate exercise at least 3 days a week will always help u stay in shape no matter what! good luck..and no u will not get fat!
