A lap dance is exactly that, the girl (guy) comes over and stands over you or sits in your lap. A variation is the 'table dance' where they come over and climb right up on your table.

A lap or table dance may or may not be done in the nude. A nude dance can be done on the stage, among the audience, or on the lap, it just means that the dancer isn't wearing anything. Some clubs require that dancers have a g-string on when doing a lap dance, some don't; it depends on the laws of the city the club is in.

As for touching, that also varies according to the club/city laws. Some allow touching and some don't, and it doesn't matter whether the dancer is nude or not.

You need to go find out for yourself, but a lap dance is done right in front of you and just for you. You are not supposed to touch her, but she can touch you. Nude dancing just means up on a stage where everyone watches. Go see for yourself!
