Use an antifungal cream. Athletes foot cream, jock itch cream or vaginal yeast infection cream will do it. Pick the cheapest one and use if 2-3 times a day.

Assuming your diagnosis is confirmed, ( you may be wise to see your GP to do this.) any over the counter antifungal will help. Check on the pack it is suitable for the face.

antifungal cream like tinactin or lotrimin af...also make sue you apply it about 1/2 inch around the edge to make sure you get it all
