Mt. Vernon West (on the New Haven Line).
Gramatan Avenue is walking distance from the train station. From the station it's a 10 minute walk....cab should be cheap since it's not far.

Mount Vernon West station is on the Harlem Line, not the New Haven Line.

there is a MTA Metro-North station in Mt. Vernon, so that would probably be the closest.

If it's really that close and you need the cab, then the last stop on the #2(241st st) and you should get there...
