A Spanish glossary helps the Spanish student find the right page for what they are looking for.

It is sort of like when you are taking a foreign language and you need to find something in the book that is written in another language, so you go to the glossary. Would it help you if it was written in English or in the other language? Probably more helpful in English, right? Many words in English don't translate into an exact word so sometimes it is nice to find what you are looking for and not having to guess.

It is sort of simple. A Spanish student might know how to speak English but may not know certain words. So therefore, if they need to look up a word they do not know, there is a Spanish glossary most likely designed for that type of student.
