How romantic! But it's very long in Chinese! Sounds painful!

My = 我
Beloved = 親愛的 / 心愛的
is = 是
mine = 我的
and = 和
I = 我
am = 是
me = 我
Beloved's = 親愛的的
(notice how easy Chinese is when there's no difference in I/me, is/am?)

"我是屬於我心愛的, 我心愛的是屬於我的"
(I belong to my beloved. My beloved belongs to me.)
*屬於 = belong to
(-_-;) Still doesn't make sense... but this is the best that I can do with that your original sentence. I don't advice you get this tattoo at all. (Chinese will laugh)

Here's what I suggest for a love tattoo:
一生一愛 = One Life One love (means only one love in my life)
常在我心 = Always in my Heart
These phases have fewer strokes, so less painful.

You can copy & paste them on your Word program and enlarge them to the size you want, print and take it to the tattoo place so you know'll how what to do.
