i wanna lose weight in 2 days
how much excersice do i have 2 do
buit the thing is i ate this morning
anyway its got 2 be 10 pounds i heard on the news a coach got jailed for making students lose 20 pounds in 24 hours
anyway dont care bout health just tell me how to do it plzzzzzzzzz
no stupid crap like saw your arm of i just want a real answer

Gee you are very demanding! I like you so much, that I recommend that you eat nothing, drink liberal amounts of coffee, and wrap your entire body in Saran Wrap. This will cause you to drop weight quickly, with only small health risks (heart attack, stroke, dehydration).

Wow whats the rush!?!? if you want to loose real weight you have to do it in a long amount of time not rushing yourself.
plus i don't think you can possibly loose 10 pound in two days.
but you can get about 5 off including water weight if you have to make a weight class or something.
just drink a lot of water, work out like no other wearing sweats. and have salad, with no dressing. that's all i can tell you.
but doing this will create a bad relationship with food for the rest of your life.
I've gone through this my whole life. and what i figured out is, you have to take your time loosing weight. 2-3 pounds a moth is excellent. really. no one should be expecting you to loose that much weight in such a short amount of time. and if you are doing this to impress a guy, then you are not being reasonable. Guys love something to hold onto and curves.
I still have weight problems to this day, and i don't think I'm skinny enough, but my boyfriend thinks I'm perfect.

what is difficult about answering your question is that it depends on your body type. but i will give it a shot and i can't promise you it will work.

if you are desperate then you can try liposine (i think that is how you spell it).
otherwise i highly suggest you go swimming twice each day for atleast 30 minutes each time. One time in the morning and another time in the afternoon. then go on some form of diet in which you have 0 transfats and minimize the amount of sugar. Fill your diet mostely with vegetables and fruits and whole weat. You can get a fair amount of protien from unsalted peanuts and for your dairy have some milk. Remeber when choosing your fodo, look at the lables to make sure they have fiber and minimal about of the sugar, and unhealthy fats (trans and saturated). If you despise swimming then running can help but it will ware you out faster and will probably not be as effective. and keep in mind that muscle weighs two times more then fat.

here it goes:
drink a big glass of water beefore each meal and then eat just a little bit of all the needed nutritional stuff then drink a another big glass of water after the meal
eat three meals a day like normal and you can also hav a few snacks (raw fruits and vegetables and 100 calorie packs ) but not a lot try to keep it to water. and make sure your close to a bathroom!!!!!!!!!
me and my friend both lost 6 lbs in 2 days.
but, i wouldnt do this for a long time because that is very dangerous but just to get off some baby fat here and there

its unrealistic expectation to lose 10 pounds in 2 days excersing. In fact exercise makes you gain muscle which will no show as decrease in weight. You should have planned this months a head. And you should be very concerned about your health, just because your young don't take it for granted.

You can lose weight in 2 days. But, in your case I don't think it's possible. Even if you ate healthy and exercised for 2 days, you may lose a few pounds in water weight. But, you won't lose anything significant. After 2 days of dieting and exercise, you're body hasn't adjusted to your new lifestyle and hasn't been able to let go of the excess fat on your body.

You can shed 5-15 lbs by fasting for a few days, no more than 5. This is only a TEMPORARY fix. Hydrate with water and lemon. This is basically going to be all water weight that you will lose. Please note however, your metabolism will slow down tremendously and when you begin eating again your body will be more inclined to store more body fat than before the fast.

This in no way or form is a suggestion to engage in this dietary behavior. I am highly against it. Old school models used to do this. Their contemporaries use prescription strength diuretics that heavily deplete potassium and sodium that minimize water retention.

10 pounds in 2 days? Not going to happen. Even if you turn bulimic and puke your guts out, you are still not going to lose it.

Football players, baseball players, and other athletes have tried to do this same thing, but usually end up in the hospital or dead. I could tell you a variety of things to do, but I am afraid that I might be held liable when you collapse and get admitted to the hospital.
