i'm 14 and i can hardly sleep till about 2-3 in the morning, things have been getting to me lately like what's gonna happen with coursework, i've had lots of computer problems (sounds stupid but my computer means a lot to me) and there's a girl...

i don't wanna turn into some tranquiliser junkie, does anyone know any natural techniques i could use?

Sounds likke your mind won't settle down enought to sleep....stress...
Try to deal with your issues during the day, take quiet time to think about all your stuff so you are less likely to dwell on those things at night.
Hopefully this will soon pass naturally....Don't take meds, try my advise first unless the sleep problems get worse for an extended time.
Good luck....been there, not fun!!
