You can only if you keep your heart rate up. So walking at a fast pace for an hour at least 4 times a week for a month then you should see results. It will vary depending on if you walk up hills in the park or on long trials that have hills and different levels of ground. But yes it will at a fast or medium pace that keeps your heart rate up.

Well, you can burn some calories. But you won't lose a significant amount of weight unless you keep it up. Try walking a few times every week for an hour. That should help.

Well, you can lose a little if you do it everyday. But you have to be sure that you are burning more calories then you are eating.

The better way(assuming that you are healthy enough to do so) is to workout for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. When doing this you must get your heart rate to 90% of your max heart rate.

they say walking is the best exercise in the world for you. eat right and yes you will lose weight. remember walking is also good for you heart.

and how much crap you eat the rest of the day..

cut out the yoohoo and ho-ho's and you might see some results..
