you need to add 4oz. of protein to the fruits& veggies. You need that combition to burn your body fat. A male needs 12 oz. of protein with carbs per day.4oz. protein(lean meat, fish, eggs) & 15 oz. of carbs(fruits/veggies) for breakfest, lunch and dinner.Loose the cereal its not a good carb.

3 bowls of cereal in the morning is not good for you, unless they are very little bowls?!

Fruit is great for you, but you could try eating more veg in place of some of the fruit maybe. You will still have the health benefits then but without so much natural sugar.

You can't get fat by eating too much fruit, you are meant to eat it. It does contain sugar, but it is natural sugar which is not the same at all.

Eating so much fruit is not bad for you, the only fruit that can be quite fattening is Bananas, eating the fruit you mention will not make you fat, If anything it will just make you more regular. Also it will be good for you. good source of vitamins..
If you are worried about it, get down to the gym, but seriously, you have nothing to worry about.

Many of us have come to believe that eating healthier means eating lots of fruits and vegetables. While fruits and vegetables are much better for you than refined foods like cookies and chips, my experiences and research have led me to believe that too much fruit can be harmful to your health. A lot of the fruit that is grown today is much higher in sugar than they would be in a natural environment. On their own, they are delicious, but you may be surprised to discover that they aren't nearly as sweet as modern day varieties. Over thousands of years, humans have been able to make fruits larger and sweeter than their wild predecessors through hybridization. The most common health challenges that fruits bring are dental decay, osteoporosis, wasting of muscle tissue, inability to maintain a healthy weight, chronic fatigue, skin problems, thinning hair, weakening nails, and excessive irritability. Another problem with a high fruit diet is that it can lead to problems involving the hormones that regulate your blood sugar; insulin, glucagon, and growth hormone. Just be careful ... not everything you think is good for you actually does good to your body.

hope i helped.

What kind of cereal is it. You don't need to worry about getting fat from the fruit, you need to worry about not getting enough protein. Protein is the building block of muscle and without adequate protein, you will lose muscle mass. You should start eating vegetables too, they have the fiber like fruits but not all that sugar.

3 bowls of cereal at one sitting is too much. you need to eat a balanced diet. lots of fruit is ok, but not too many bananas, because they are more fattening. you need protein at every meal. use this site as a guide for how much of what to eat.

do you have an eating disorder?

fruit can make you feel bad (in my opinion only) because it has a lot of sugar in it. it makes me feel jittery and it gives me indigestion. i try to limit my fruit actually.
