Where do you enter RRTM info. from W2 into the tax return?

On the dotted line next to line 63, amount of the tax and identify it as indicated

Medicare or RRTA tax on tips or

shown in box 12 of Form W-2 with
codes A and B or M and N. Identify as

What do you mean by "RRTM". I've been working with taxes for nearly 40 years and haven't heard that term.
