I just bought a new HP with Windows Vista, and Punkbuster keeps kicking me off the Battlefield 2142 servers. I'm not cheating or glitching. Is there a patch coming out for this, or am I going to have to take this computer back an try to get a new computer with Windows XP? The compatibility feature in the properties menu does not work for this problem.

Yeah... see, EA hasn't been paying any attention to the fact that people are buying Vista now. So, they haven't patched the PB kicks that occur when you login with Vista.

Sorry, but for now, you'll either have to wait for a patch that blocks those kicks out, or get XP again.

i think of you reported this besides ideal click battlefield and run as administrator. (already performed i think of) acquire punk puster and replace it (already performed) make valuable that as quickly as you press Cntrl+Alt+delete and flow to job supervisor that PunkbusterA and B are working, or something like that, there could be 2 punkbuster exe's working interior the history. replace battlefield to recent patch.
