I have had a sleep problem all through school. My nick name became Sleep. It was very detrimental to my schooling. I still don't know how to deal with and nor do my doctor and specialists. It has impacted on the amount of money I make and this is very depressing. I hope you can find a way.

you should have a good rest at home. i believe on sleep bankl. sleep bank is usually the time we have to go sleep. an adolscent must have 6 to 8 hours of sleep. if you have lack of hour/s on sleeping, you might end up to sleep the next day with 8-10 hours and so on and so forth.

Turn off your iPOD and sleep more. Teenagers are known to need at least 9 hrs of sleep each night.

Get your head on and apply your self. U got a huge burden to try to keep things from going to pot. U are it and if u don't do it u are lost. What u don't know can kill u.
