My family is this competition thing and we get $5 for every pound we lose, but you see, my dad weigh around 230, my step mom 215 and my step sis 220..and i weigh 145..so im thinking that since they have more fat that it will be easier for them and im going to get jipped out of money..are there any goods ways that i can lose weight faster though? I dont want to sound conceited but i heard that its harder to lose wieght if youre not actually overweight.

yes that happens. On celebrity fit club and the biggest looser they can loose like 10 pounds a week! With my small body i know that i could never do that. It is because when you have More fat on you, you are actually burning more calories because you fat actually burns calories. muscle burns more calories than fat does tho...

It is more difficult to lose weight when you're not overweight. It's funny, there was a competition I could've participated in around here ... but I had already lost most of my weight ... oh well. I know it stinks that you're not really going to get any money (considering you're at a healthy weight as it is; I wouldn't go below 125) but if your family needs monetary motivation to get healthier, well, at least they're working on themselves. The health benefits outweigh the $$.

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight
