Sure. Jesus is a loving God and Buddha is a human being. Buddha would appreciate Jesus' love and wisdom and probably get saved from listening to Him.

Nope. Jesus would show Buddha the same respect he gave everyone else, and then use logic, reason, and miracles to show that he is God's messenger to man, and not Buddha.
