i really like to play soccer but i dont have much stamina how can i build up my stamina real quick

is it a lack of vitamins?? or are you not used to running. No quick fixes bud unless you want to try drugs...cold medication has pseudoephedrine so does meth... try running everyday and expect slow progression. If you stop you'll lose it.

lol... it's not exactly something you can build up really quick to be honest... Probably the quickest way is to do sprints. You'll have to train yourself to keep going when you start sucking wind. You might also want to start taking Siberian Gensing (also called eleuthero) capsules in one-week stints.

Pop a pill of vitamin Q10 e one of Biotin ,they moth increase your stamina and improve your blood circulation.
