5 feet 8 Inches Height...Actually m woried about the waist size itz waz actually about 32-33 last year and itz now 36-37

you sound fine to me... but exercise won't hurt, try at least 30 mins 5 times per week... Good Luck!!!

Being overweight is not much fun, but please do not go wild on the exercise in the beginning. Have you tried your Gp for a diet sheet and a fitness check before you start?
From my own experience I found that starting to get fit by walking first was a good thing to do.Just round the block in the beginning a couple of times a day.
Then I went to the local baths , am not a good swimmer , but tried hard and it made me feel good.
Then began to watch what I ate and actually eat less in quantity,
Gradually have lost weight , but it has been a long process, however am determined not to give up, and I hope that when you start you will not give up either. The very best of luck.

You should do your exercise at least 15 minute per day. If that is possible try do your exercise 30 minute.

well, the best thing would be to run, at first run about a mile, then slowly build up from there. You can exercise as much as you want, as LONG AS YOU DON'T PUSH IT.
