I like this one. If only one of the 4 statements is true, then we can assume the other 3 are in fact false. I believe that 3 is true. That means 4 is false, so Ms english did in fact go to lapland. 1 and 2 tell me that ms lapp didnt go to england, and did go to france.
The anwser is Miss English went to Lapland, Miss French went to England, and Miss Lapp went to France.
