I've been trying to lose weight for some time now. Nothing I do will ever do anything. Does anyone have any tips?

workout lots, drink water, and green tea, eat alot of fruits and stay away from pop/junk foods/salty foods/ and don't eat after 6 or 7 pm.

Drop the junk food, soft drinks, potato chips, pizza and butter. Eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish and unlarge amounts of beef. Eggs are good too no matter what you hear. Get on an exercise program. You only need to workout 20 to 30 minutes a day. Start out slow and work up to a longer workout if you want or have time but don't over do it because you'll burnout and quit. Running is the fasted way to burn the fat but aerobics is good, calisthenics, weights or anything that gets you breathing and gets your heart rate up. Just start slow and keep it doing it at least 3 days a week. Change your routine from time to time to keep from getting bored. It will become a form of meditation to you and you will love it. Its basically a 15 minute work out with dancing, and section for just kids.

strict diet and exercising. Cut the junk food out from your eating habbits. When you feel like snacking or such eat baby carrots or apples. Things that benefit you. Buy a scale but only weight your self once a week or once every other week. You'll see the numbers dropping and that will motivate you to keep going.

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
