Are you sure about the voltages? 110 VDC is a strange number since it's not a multiple of 12 VDC (standard lead-acid battery) or 48 VDC (standard marine lead-acid battery).

Is it 110 VAC, not 110 VDC? Also, charging a lead-acid battery in a location that isn't designed to properly vent the hydrogen given off could be a large safety hazard. Or is this for charging things like cell phones and laptops?

More info, please!
