I've been harmed because I can't buy a house do to not having a bank account, also, the bank who put me on check systems doesn't have a branch in the city/state I'm trying to move due to a new job.

You can dispute it in check systems like any other credit reporting agency and you cannot sue generally. Also, it is unlikely it is the bank which did it, it is more likely are report from a retailer. I am not sure banks report at all.

If you wrote a bad check and didn't pay the bank to clear it up, that's why you're on chex systems. It doesn't matter where you move, you're still going to have the problem. I would contact the bank and fix the situation with them.

More than liely you were put into the system by a retailer not the bank.

Some people will sue over anything, but how on earth were you harmed by their decision??
Just simply change banks.........SHEESH!!!
