When i put anti fungal on it , they dry up but seem to come back in a ring from left side around to right side. annoying and leave some scarring when dried up. I used to run a kennel and saw ringworm etc but this is new and how to get rid of it.

are you sure it is not cold sores? that is a herpes virus that comes and goes when you are stressed out...

I've got 4 cats. I got those little sores too. I went to the doctor to find out what they were-they were ringworm. He gave me some medicine for it to make it go away.

The first thing you need to do is see your doc for a diagnosis. It is not impetigo as this is contagious and needs antibacterial ointment to clear them up. See your doc and find out what it is.
