How can a Canadian citizen either become an american citizen or move to the USA?

Get a work visa and live and work legally in the US for the apropriate period of time, then apply for permanent residency, and after you've been a permanent resident for the prescribed period of time and then apply for citzenship.

Alternatively, meet and legitimately marry someone from the US.

Canadians can stay in the US for up to six months without a visa, though you're not legally permitted to work during that time.

on your suggestions, if Russia and Canada win their respective communities, then a Russia-Canada very final isn't available (the two Sweden or Finland will flow 3-0). they could be the #2 and #3 seeds. yet i might have enjoyed to computer screen that, as i might Canada-u . s . a .. the two are large very final matchups.

GOOD LUCK.....it takes alot of paper work here ...and then you start it you will not be going home to canada till all the paper work is done:( as in the green card comes in...took me 5 years to get mine and did not see my family at home as in Canada.
