Are you cooking those vegetables as part of a whole dish? Or are the veggies just being cooked by themselves?

In either case, a pressure cooker will turn your broccoli (and the potatoes, too) into mush very quickly. The carrots aren't such a problem; they'll soften but still hold their shape.

You might try cooking everything else first, EXCEPT the broccoli and potatoes. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, add the potatoes, and add the broccoli for the last 5 minutes.

the answer is technically yes, you can cook anything in a pressure cooker but it will probably disintegrate! If you only want to use the one pot, however, then I'd cook the tatties and carrots first and then take the pressure off, open the lid, throw in your broccoli and put the lid back on for five minutes. Don't put it on the cooker, the steam inside the cooker and the heat from the liquid and the vegetables will cook the broccoli sufficiently to make it tender.

Why don't you cook the potatoes for 3-4 min's then bring the temperature down so you can open the lid, then add the carrots and broccoli, cook on high for a further 4-5 min's then bring the temperature back down ready to remove the lid, drain and serve.
Use the water left at the bottom to make the gravy.

It would be a crying shame to cook this delicious veg in a pressure cooker. It only needs 5 minutes in a drop of boiling water to be perfectly cooked. I like to mix florets of cauliflower and brocoli together.

Since I was diagnosed with high-blood-pressure, my wife cooks this almost every day for me, with the potatoes and carrots and the damned broccoli. Cooking time between 5-10 minutes, just make sure the broccoli is on top.

You can cook broccoli in a pressure cooker along with the other vegetables that you mention, but it may go quite mushy if you cook it too long. I would steam the broccoli , you will get a much better result and you can keep watch that it doesn't overcook.

Carrots and broccoli steam in about five minutes. I wouldn't cook them with your potatoes.

Why not get a double steamer? Cook the potatoes first and when they are almost done, put the vegetables on.

Yes you can but I would not cook it longer than 10 minutes unless you want brocoli mush.

Pressure cookers cook so fast you will wind up with mush. It is easier to steam them if you like nice texture and a little crispness and great color.

Yes you can but I would steam broccoli as pressure cooking can discolour it, and it's easy to overcook. Not nice. If you were to cook carrots remember to put them in a bit before as they take longer
