so at my high school there is this girl that sits next to me. and one day she randomly asked me if i had a girlfriend. I said no. The next day the is "accidentally" touching me a lot. she is a freshman and i am a sophmore...does that make any difference? also what if i am not so interested? thanks.

Girls do play silly little games when they like a guy, however; do not confuse her touching you as a sign, just come out and ask her.
The fact that you are a Sophomore and she is a freshman is nothing major, you are not committing a crime because you are both around the same age.
If you are not interested in the Young lady please do not lead her on in any kinda way, because things could get out of control. Good luck

Of course if she likes you. But if you are not interested in her then just be casual, and pleasant when you see her. If she corners you, like asking you out or something like that then let her know that you don't mind to be just friends, and hang out once in a while but that's it, nothing more. Say it to her nicely, don't hurt her feelings.

If your not so interested make sure that your not leading her one and there really isnt anything wrong with the whole freshman, sophomore thing and yes I think she does like you.

Sounds like she likes you, just maintain your distance. I've a feeling that she's touching you on purpose. Try sitting in a chair that isn't next to her. If you are arranged that way, just tell her to please keep her hands to herself.

she definetly likes you, and i guess it's ok that she's younger as long as YOU dont mind, but if you dont like her, i guess dont let her think you do, iono i'm not a guy,lol. but dont be all extra-nice to her, u might get her hopes up
