Do they go in the kitchen cabinets? If yes, won't ants get to them?
If no, then where does it go?

Well if you have ants, you need to solve that problem first.
Then keep the snacks (unrefrigerated of course) where ever you want.

I'm not sure if this is good for the waistline, but we have pretty snack-basket in the center of our kitchen table. It's easy access so they never get stale (we eat them long before that could happen), and the ants never get to them.

i keep my on top of the fridge with clips once they've been opened. if i keep them for any length of time, i keep them in the fridge. If u buy plastic containers to put them in after they r opened, u won't have to worry about ants

If you get ants from the snacks, catch them and dip them in chocolate and you will have more snacks.
